Very good music, for the lovers of BoC / Freescha. Not as good maybe, but still deserving five stars.
digytal soul
This is an album of ideas but no real roadmap. Almost makes it sound much shorter than it is. Like it was an EP. Maybe because 3 songs are interludes at a minute long each. A few songs worth taking about. Way in the Middle of the Air is the most upbeat one. Tech house with nice melody and a bass that bubbles along. Has a sort of a voice humming sound melody which you easily won't forget and is very catchy. A good club track. Holograft is a good downtempo track has delusional feel to it and then when it gets sounding good it sort of fades out making it a cool break into the next track. The Mutated Wisdom then cuts in quickly with its quirky mood making the album continue the odd flow. The production gives the album the flow masking the ideas that do not. Tech house into downtempo into a quirky idm track. All done fairly solid but also sounding a little bland 10 years later. Red is a good little number that echoes out a melody that reminds me of an Orb song. Overall a fair production that is light on depth but quirky enough to own. Nothing really jumps out at you but it's a safe and fairly decent album
