Outer sleeve bound by 7cm-wide purple wraparound paper band titled "new music Julian Cope", with a blurb on Cope and four uncredited apparently critic's reviews, and Island logo underneath. Both sides of band have exactly the same text, but the front side also has a B&W picture of Julian Cope.
