There are rumours that the 5:04 disco version was also pressed on a U.S. 12" promo/TP, carrying the catalogue number MK-1, the first number of the Mercury 12" promo/compilation LP series, which number is blank on Mercury discographies that we have seen. Can anyone confirm existence or otherwise?

In Joel Whitburn's book Hot Dance/Disco 1974-2003 the label and number "Mercury 001" is listed, so there is a good chance that your rumour is correct. Would be nice to see a copy of it appear on Discogs.

I am certain that rumour is incorrect.
