Silly Dog
Been a fan of Max Graham for years. He has a very rare ability to keep things simple on a superficial level, yet build in a lot of complexity that is there to be uncovered on multiple listens. The harder edge to the latest couple of releases has elevated them to another level, IMO. I love this series. I love this DJ.

I started listening to Max in 2001 when I first heard his Transport comp, which imo is one of the best of the series. His first Cycles album was great but then he started to play more straight up trance with the next few albums. Then comes Cycles 5 which is good but 6 brought it to a whole new level imo. He was back to what I consider true progressive dance music with a mix of techno, tech house, prog house and some elements of trance. Now we get number 7 and I think its the best Cycles comp yet hands down. Deep driving yet also powerful dance music with elements of many different styles. The flow of the album is perfect and also perfectly mixed of course but the track selection is top notch. We have a well know producer like one of my favorites Guy J along with newer artists I've never really heard of but oh am I glad I do now. I'm not going to go track by track because all you need to know is this album is perfect to throw on some headphones and drift away, 10 out of 10 and one of the best mix comp I've heard in years, well done Max.
