The last CCP document and probably the rarest one, never fully released due to the label closed down.
This limited 2CD pre-release was manufactured around end of 1997 or early/mid 1998 with just a pre-booklet, and "sent out" as promotional item in ca. 100-200 copies.
Inside the booklet you find the explanation: "Please order the double-cd tray as your copy of the booklet with much more additional information,which completes this fifth CCP sampler...."
