This does not seem like an official Israeli release by Israeli record label.It seems like a "mix and match" of a US cover and a Israeli vinyl.I'm an expert to Israeli pressings, I never saw such a release. "Mix & match" releases of some artists were created in Israel using an imported cover with a Israeli pressed album , usually using a UK / European (Germany / Netherlands) imported cover.
