The Who - Swansea, June 1976 FLAC download

i have a copy of this on a label called EMPIRE RECORDS, it is pressed on really nice spash wax, it has a fold over sleeve just like the one pictured above, the fold over sleeve says k&s and the label on the lp states EMPIRE RECORDS........................ hey its a boot but i still do not know what to make of this but its really nice.............never saw it before, i just got this today............................

this is actually the best swansea 76 who boot i own, the enhanced sound is amazing and right from the soundboard or so it sounds, this is a brand new japan silver factory pressed numbered stickered edition of this classic boot, AGAIN in about 40 years of having this boot in various formats THIS ONE IS THE BEST!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! this sounds even better then the japan edition from the mid 1990s that i have as a gold disc wich was called WHO PUT A BETTER BOOT IN SWANSEA. now here we are 22/23 years later and this one BLOWS ALL THE OTHERS AWAY, my sticker number is 267. great glossy inlay w/ a great live shot sleeve from the same show and i cant stress enough how amazing the sound is on this baby, so glad i nailed this one..................sadly the whole show did not make this boot and i never saw a full swansea 76 show available in the past so by now my guess is part of the original tape got messed up or for whatever reason the 4 songs the who played this evening in swansea never made ANY boot in the past, if you go to setlist fm you can see the entire set that was played and we have always been missing 4 songs that would complete this show, if you want a complete show from this uk 76 football stadium tour you can get the great two cd charlton athletic football club boot and it is a two cd set as it is the full show!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

i got this back in 1996 when it came out, again the sound is better on this but as you can see its not the whole show, if i am correct this was a gold disc, ill have to dig for it.....................

the sound on this is decent, i picked this one up a good 22/23 years ago, i dont belive there is a boot with the full 76 show but there is of the 74 charlton show..................

i belive this lp was pressed in holland around 1977/78, this is a one lp set of the june 1976 swansea show from the 1976 uk football stadium who tour of that year, this as you can see has a very nice laminated sleeve with great live shots from the 1975/76 era...

this is a very nice also very thick vynl picture disc that was released on the k&s label back in 1978, this does not sound quit as good as other swansea shows do as this is a picture disc but it is still great and does my who collection great service. not sure how many of these are out there but i would guess maybe 300 where pressed THAT IS JUST A GUESS as k&s had a lot of legal trouble before being shut down in 1980 and a lot of there titles like this one destroyed......

this is a nice european single lp of part of the legendary swansea june 76 show from the uk, this lp is a european pressing and has a nice shot from this mid 70s era as you can see and the sleeve is a beautiful laminated sleeve, great shot of roger live here from the same year 1976...

Great soundboard. City football club . Single lp date 6/12/76 lp missing join together. between generation and wont get fooled again.
