I got SUX-005 WHITE vinyl with all above : song lyrics , tiny ad and with a prescription by Dr. Nichopoloua . I cant find any info about that release . I guess that the green vinyl is the first and my copy with white is the second batch released . Anyone who knows how many copy there was pressed and how many version ?

Release date has been revised to 2004. I think this may be incorrect as I'm sure I had my copy before 2000 at least.

An owner has claimed that the prescription by Dr. Nichopolous is a cover hoax. The spoof prescription does indeed exist. I've got a copy that includes it.
