Kahavor
The disc that came with the dutch release is actually the UK unissued pressing. The single was issued as an 'Advance Promotion Copy' on the regular yellow and black UK demo label. For some reason this was dropped as a release and it appears that stock copies were sent to Holland. Not many to be found there either!
