The other day I was driving home from my grandmother's house and decided to listen to this CD in its entirety on the way. I must say that this is a spectacular record! I was expecting it to follow the same almost-mellow sound of the hit "One of Us," but I was surprised by the eclectic sound of the record that was somewhat reminiscent of Alanis Morissette--quite a surprise. With that said, this album is really amazing with that type of sound--up until a certain point. Once I got to about track 7 or 8, the sound was almost getting annoying. Every song from then on seemed to just consist of her moaning and groaning for most of the tracks. I eventually just went back to the beginning and listened to the good tracks.Summary: This record is an acquired taste, but even after that you'll want to just listen to something else near the end of it.
