Given the characteristics of the disc and its matrix, I'd guess this was pressed at the same time as the Canadian issue.

Can anyone comment on the change in pitch between the version of "Bananafishbones" on any cd from before the 2006 remasters? The newer version clocks in at around 3:00 vs 3:12, and the difference is in the pitch of the song. I am wondering if anyone out there knows which is the correct pitch? The remaster sounds a little fast to me...

I got a new copy of this yesterday as a preorder. Rhino Vinyl, same sticker but no mention of a download code. Barcode for the US release is 081227944063, R1 25806. Fiction, Sire and Rhino labels on bottom right of the back cover. Check the dead wax markings in the runout on all sides.

Trying to understand how this only has a 3.73/5 avg. rating for this pressing. It's a 32-year-old record, and yet my copy is PRISTINE. Dead quiet, phenomenal instrument separation, lively bass, what more can you ask for from a record? This sounds better than half the new pressings released today.

I tried to submit the release year, because I bought the german pressing in 1984. I can remember I could hardly wait to own this album.When I tried to submit my change it said this was a possible doublicat. I did not want to provide a new entry. Maybe someone else can add the year to this entry.
