Among the guest musicians we have some pretty well known folks, for example the LITTLE FEAT members Kenny Gradney (bass), Bill Payne (keyboards) and Richie Hayward (drums) or NIGHT RANGER guitarist Jeff Watson. The opener "What's The Worst That Can Happen" is the first proof for guitar melody, while the following "Kansas" is a loose Melodic Rocker. On "Janie Won't Open" we get a slightly more modern edge and the ballad "You're Too Good For Him" with its Spanish guitars and the Reggae excursion (!) "I Can Die Now" also show that even though Eric does not do any experiments on "Destroy All Monsters", he still throws in quite some variation.Metal this is not, for sure, but who like to pop in a catchy Hard Rock album every now and then, should note down Eric Martin's newest, good melodies, good drive and all of that in a really good production, thumbs up!
