i don't know how does the previous versions sounds, but that one is full of cracks and pops and hissing background noise all over for my copy. almost no pleasure listening to it in the quiet parts (which are often)

I have the previous pressing from 2009 or so and it sounds really nice. Unfortunately, around 2011 Matador switched pressing plants from RTI to United Record Pressing because they didn't want to raise their prices.... and as a result, they got crappier pressings. Personally, I would rather pay a few dollars more for a better pressing. Some of the old Matador RTI reissues are still floating around at shops - you can easily tell as they have a silver sticker stating "RTI HQ-180 Pressing". These are the ones to buy.
