After the brilliant "La Parade Monstrueuse", this seems to be an average and uninspired work. Even some previous bonus tracks ("Am Abgrund", "I'm a God") sound far better than most tracks of this album. I'm pretty sure that Dennis can do better than that, and still wondering why he insists to use the same above average female vocalist for his works. The fact that Michael Cretu made his wife a pop idol, doesn't mean that anyone can do it.Highlights: Karasevdah, Justice

Bands evolve and change over time. ISC has been progressing toward this album’s symphonic EBM/Electro-Goth/Industrial aural assault since Mistrust… While some cannot keep up with a band’s members growing and changing, I welcome it in this case. The production values are first rate, and I love the ethereal yet powerful vocals. If you haven’t heard them since Paradise, try a few earlier albums so you can see the progression of ISC’s sound. This band is highly underrated and this album is close to being a masterpiece.

i was wondering myself that this band still exists after the last releases... with more annoying female vocals and the main singer got more annoying as well. what is ISC now? i dunno why this name is still carried over, it's nothing it once was. sounding like copying the bad sides of new pop, electro acts and mangling it to something themselves which sounds nothing better at all. a shame for the old releases.
