Swift Summer
I get the sense that this is Moonshine's effort at making "Gabba for dummies". It contains a lot of tracks that were big years before the CD came out, and most of them are by DJ Paul in one way or another. Not suprisingly, DJ Paul was also responsible for the track selection.
