Straight bootleg; it's said that one or more members of the trio, declined authorization of a legitimate reissue

According to a discussion forum online this is never going to be legitimately reissued due to surviving members blocking any re-releasing of the album. A shame. Hopefully reissue will surface some day.

It is really not that great of a record. I had a copy and was happy to get rid of it. There are much better free jazz records to spend your money on.
