"Accident is concerned with non-intentional gestures. Thereare "non-musical" events - janet doing dishes, field recordings, a door creaking, etc. I was interested in these gestures because I was bored with the speed, attack, and patterns of improvisers (including myself). I created orchestrations of the events using instruments, soundhack and other means. The recording of the initial events and their orchestration took all of 2004."
