An absolutely stunning and emotionally moving look at not only Joel's history, but the parallel history of the New York Mets AND the stadium they played in, Shea Stadium. The mixing in of the live footage from Joel's final two concerts at Shea make the documentary scenes even more powerful. (The use of Miami 2017 when the Mets win the infamous Game Six elevates the victory to unbelievable heights, just as using Goodnight Saigon during the 9/11 segment will bring tears to your eyes.) Overall, a stunning film and much more enjoyable than the straightforward concert footage which is also available in numerous formats.
