Notes on this recording: This compact disc was mastered from the original Cactus UK LP. The LP is a stereo cut but I strongly suspect that the cutting engineer, not Perry himself, used some dubious 'quasi stereo' techniques such as panning and separation of the bass/treble to left and right. Corn-fed productions has attempted to restore the recording to its original mono mix (tracks 01-09) but this has been fairly difficult to achieve to any level of perfection. For this reason you may choose to listen to the album as it was presented on the original vinyl in its original stereo cut by selecting tracks 10 - 18 only
