Call up your credit card provider and tell them you never received anything. Amex literally just refunded me without asking. I read online that they have a really bad credit rating already. Open a case if you pay via paypal. Hope this works for you. I emailed them many many times but they never answered me. Either the person looking after the mail order is scamming the company or they are just total croaks.

i have experienced the same problem as the member hbotis. i have order this cd from them, they charged my credit card and that was all. the cd has not arrived (after more than 2 months) and i am pretty sure it will never arrive. i have tried to email them but i never got a reply from them (and i have sent 4 emails). i am sure too that this is a big scam. i order cds regularly from abroad but i never met a seller like this. i am sure too that the cd was never sent, i get without problems cds from USA. I would appreciate any advice from other members as to how to get my money back. until then, BUYERS STAY AWAY FROM GOLD LEGION!

Collectors looking to buy directly from this label be very very cautious. I ordered 2 discs and for 4 months saw absolutely nothing. I am not the only customer experiencing this. At the end I made a complaint to my credit card and obtained a refund. At first they answered my email and kept saying they will check on the dispatch but after several times they stopped answering altogether. It wasn't as if they sent the cds and I did not get them. I think the truth is they do not have the cds there they claim they have in stock. There is a facebook page suggesting the label is a scam, and I absolutely do not think otherwise. This is not a malicious review and anyone has questions can look up.
