Ultra rare with misprinted cover artwork missing the red ink box around "Acceptance". Only about 20 of these were made (confirmed with label owner) before the artwork was corrected. These were made at the same exact time as the other relatively more commonly known pressing.

Catalog# derived from run-out grooves.
Side B label has no printing.
Printed lyric insert included.
Track B2 is spelled as "Whats Right" on back cover & lyric insert, and as "What's Right" on label.
