Definitely worth getting this CD version even if you have the original as five of the six bonus tracks are ace (to my ears 'Jealousy Heartache And Pain' is several notches down). The extended versions of Truths & Rights and Can't Buy Love are superb.Found this for a couple of quid in a local second hand shop = joy.

A bone cruncher of an album, quite simply one of the greatest reggae albums of all time. This propelled Johnny into the big leagues and helped usher in the dancehall era, 1979. Lost how many times this has had and still do, have rotations on my turntable. The tunes and message are timeless. You draw these tunes in a dance, they still rip it apart. Highly recommended.
Dozilkree
One of my all time favorite records. So much roots and soul in this one, a record without fillers to play through over and over again.
Dondallon
Anyone got information on the best pressing? Cheers.
Malarad
Can anyone tell me which release has the yellow outline and large red '1' on the centre as shown in the pictures above? Seems to be a lot of different presses and I picked one up recently just trying to figure out what I have. Thanks
Stick
Did you have any luck with this? My copy has the large red 1 on the A side but a different style label on the B side
Beahelm
I bought mine in about 1980 and it has that inner, so you might well now have an early pressing
Nuadabandis
The cream of the crop, killer studio one LP, all winners here, so consistent! From all studio one LP's that I heard, I would rank this in the top three, this has so much soul that you don't need to be a fan of reggae to like this: Classic.
Gholbirius
Great album.bumpy at his best. Studio One at its best.
Gavirim
one of the best roots albums ever!he is such an amazing vocalist, very likable even if you are not into reggae
Winail
A devastating reggae LP, full of depth, soul, joy and love. Johnny's vocals are consistently arresting and convincing, although the backing band and vocalists also do a great job. Jah Promise is a standout, with the "I aint gonna break my promise" refrain, and infectious shuffled rhythm. We Need Love is probably the best song, for its lyrics if anything, but don't miss the awesome organ solo. I don't think I can find adequate words, otherwise. This is simply very highly recommended to ALL music lovers, whether you have an interest in reggae or not.
