Now, as my favorite early Rich Cason jam & possibly my fave early rap jam grail, I'm reporting foul play on the sales history. Firstly, for a long time, the stats showed one sale, at a value of £999.99. Then, magically, the stats showed still just one sale, yet at a higher value of 1,155.64. No, it's not inflation, or the exchange rate... If this sale happened, that would make it 2 sales in total, right? A few months later, it then jumps to £1,178.37, still saying just 1 sale. More so strange, throughout this time, a copy has been available from Japan, M condition, for about £250. It finally sold a couple of months ago and has now registered in the sales history. Meanwhile, the 1 other historic sale has somehow dropped back down to £1,200 or so... Changing price again for the third time!! I'd be interested to know how this is happening on this site... Do the maths, it don't figure... As for the 12"- It's a Phoenix rap- spectacular, with one of Rich Cason's finest B- side instrumentals you'll ever hear. Always fresh as a daisy, and even here on Discogs, a true rarity....

The fluctuations in the GBP prices recorded are due to exchange rates applied to display TO YOU what the sale price was. Go to your Profile, Settings, Buyer, Default Currency Display and change it to US$. The sale was always recorded in it’s original currency as $1500. Now available for £12 from SOTU.

No conspiracy my friend, what you say is correct, but doesn't apply in this case: There was one sale at £999.99 last year. At the time I wrote my comments, it then showed one sale at £1,155.64. To further add to the 'conspiracy', I just checked & it now says one sale at £1,178.37!!!!!!!! Meanwhile, the M copy for sale in Japan remains un-purchased through most of the time mentioned, at the low price of £269.93. No need to grow some conspiracy? I beg to differ! Something ain't right ;-)

An item can also be unlisted by the seller (because he sold it somewhere else or decided to keep it). This happens quite often. Especially with expensive records. Also items from incomplete/cancelled orders don't show up in the sales history.No need to grow some conspiracy ;-)
