I prefer this early period Flying Lotus when he was doing experimental hip-hop beats, before he moved on to doing neo free-jazz. This is a modern classic in electronic music, not to be missed. Highly recommend this pressing, mine is dead quiet, even though the music often has clicks/pops as part of the mashup of sounds/samples for a little old-vinyl fx, but easily distinguished from actual vinyl noise.

I think I have another release here. It is a gatefold vinyl LP. With download card. But the etchings aren't the same as the etchings on the releases above. I have BE67327-01 B1 an so forth. Anyone else have differences too?

This repress seems to be on heavier vinyl (mine weighs ~170g) vs ~120g on the original pressing. As far as I know, that's the only way to tell them apart.

Who says Warp is dead? I love the pure chaos and disharmony of most of these tracks. Elements of hip-hop, drum 'n' bass, dubstep, IDM, instrumental come together and the product is legendary. I would certainly rate this as the strongest album from Flying Lotus.

Looks like the repress (according to discogs) is the same as the 1st edition. Same matrix & barcode even ?!?! ... first press has no download card, the re-press does....

the sticker was on the shrinkwrap, so that's the reason why yours is missing, I guess. I bought this the day it came out and it has a download card included.
