This record, sadly, was the first and last time I heard a recent drum and bass tune with a 4/4 909 kick pounding all the way through, from start to finish. At the time this came out I was really hopefull that this would be the start of really bringing drum and bass back to its roots but it never really happened. Many props to Digital for trying such a thing. I hope Digital does this again in the future. It would be really wonderfull to hear a raging amen track with a 909 BD and OH pounding away again.

Actually Dillinja and Lemon D have a few tracks with 4/4 bass kick (such as thugged out bitch), which are much better tracks than this track... But year, it's ashame it didn't catch on.
