I was honestly surprised by the fact that, by the time I write this down, this CD got 4 different recommendations on Discogs, all with a 5-star rating, and an overall score of 4.41/5 based on 41 ratings. Truth is, after purchasing my copy, I found myself completely underwhelmed by this album, and mind you, I'm a huge Happy Hardcore/ Rave fan, both old and new stuff. The tracks are often very one-dimensional, with little evolution throughout most of the tunes and the melodies are pretty bland, with absolutely no distinctive hooks, memorable twists, etc. It's Happy Hardcore all right, no doubt about that, and it's not completely bad either, however it all sounds very... generic. The good? 1) The MC'ing is catchy, very well performed, heavily reminiscent of Scooter (or imitated by Scooter? Not sure) but unfortunately without any of the catchy melodies of Scooter tracks.2) The track "Hardcore Islands" is OK. Not outstanding, but it has nice piano riffs, cool MC'ing, OK-ish melodies, etc. Will give it a replay from time to time and it saves the CD from getting a 2/5 score from me.3) It's a live recording. Appearently. That's cool. Live recordings are cool.

Many people consider this CD as a rare edition, but actually it is not so. Now it can be easily found. I bought this release about a month ago for only 1 Euro - it was brand new, sealed. Great album! Like many other people first I heard these tracks in 1998. Love them till now. Highly recommended. My overall rating: 5/5

This is an excelent release! I was searching for it for a long time and finally I bought it (brand new!). Great music! Me, as a Scooter fan, appreciate this style a lot! I agree with a previous commenter, with all his sentences. This album is a MUST for all the rave music fans!

The excellent release, searched for its very long time, but at last that was bought by this disk and absolutely new. Also it is very glad to it. Excellent music. A rave of 1997. It is a pity that children from Calypso now let out nothing, and very much it would be desirable to hear from them that that new. When that in 1998, with music Calypso, piracy albums Scooter were on sale. I had till now Cassetes and CD`s with these piracy records. Calypso - Greatest Realese! We Move The Jumpin' Hype! Yeah!!!
