"First of I would like to say thank you so much to all of the ABCF fans out there. You guys have given me so much love and joy over the past two years with your responses to my music, and I can't thank you enough!Unfortunately I am no longer making any money from the sales of the first album, Mother Confessor, and never made any of the profits from the Phantom album. It gives me more pain than joy to see people playing and purchasing my album, and that is a pain I don't want anyone to ever have to experience.Ron Trent has decided that instead of just paying me my cut of the money, I need to sue him in order to get paid. Now lets think about that for a second. Ron performed one song, Starfall, which was a collaboration, and literally did nothing else but come up with the name A Band Called Flash. All of the music, all of the work, is mine. I worked for months writing those tracks from the bottom of my heart, and all I have received for them are some dodgy messages about how it takes 6 months to even find out sales numbers....Now in April I actually went to Amsterdam and met with Rush Hour, who informed me that not only are the albums still selling quite well, but that Ron receives a monthly report of sales. When I confronted Ron about this he ignored me until I threatened him with a lawyer, at which point he essentially said bring it on. I am not a malicious person, I just want what is mine. I own all of that music, and Ron literally has no rights to any of it besides Starfall. So for all of you who enjoy my music, and would like to hear more, I ask you to please spare whatever you can to help find some justice in this scene we all love. I'm only asking for enough to hire a lawyer so I can feel joy from my music again. So Ron can be stopped from profiting from work that does not belong to him.
