The flow in this album is outstanding. Made with clear synth pads, aural vocal samples, some tribal flavours and a smooth ocasional trance beat, "Chameleon" is by far, the most consistent and beautiful album from this project. Luke Eastwood was smart enough to develop the sentisive and melodic side on "The Silent Pool" in this release, without turning it too cheesy and melodic, like so many other mid 90's projects that got lost in the threshold of oblivion. He also knew that this could be repeated in firther releases. The result is that "Chameleon" is a one-of-a-kind album in the Children of Dub repertoire, that can only be fully understanded with the other 3 albums. Too bad its just 3 of them, so far...
