This album presents three pieces made with untreated field recordings from different Thai street food recipes cooked by chef Lag in Huddersfield, Northern England.

The material is part of my ongoing PhD research project Sonic Art and the Acoustics of Cooking at the Music department at the University of Huddersfield.
