This record is all about the Wippenberg Mix, which I had first heard on Chill & Force's "Rave Computer 2" megamix. The track is built around a few elements, which are used to maximum effect: a short 303 line, hihats and a vocal sample going "Doobie doo bah" or something like that. It all goes down to a breakdown with strings and a slow buildup, after which the tracks starts again, only to hit you even harder. So, this mix is in fact pretty standard material and very similar to a lot of acid techno released around 1995, but then again, most acid releases of that time were great.
