One of the vinyls from the 90's in the collection i'd happily recommend a fan (or indeed anyone) to get to best speakers out with. It's honestly insane to think how Daft Punk went from this to the more placid albums such as RAM today. And still sounding as fresh as it did back in '94 without a doubt.

One of the first records I ever brought, had one of the first promo pressing until some little scrotum burgled my house and nicked my playlist bagged and ready to play out. So lots of people were left disappointed that my set changed to a more placid affair. This was going to be my opening track. I like to think that somewhere there is a DJ god who will smite the little fucker and bring misery upon his life. As for the tune I've just brought a copy and it still kicks arse 24 years later.

Alive is one of the better and filthier underground rave tracks ever produced. A nasty techno slammer which already has that typical daft rolling funk bassline. Should only be played at huge sound systems, at the mentioned ungodly hours. Goes to show that deep down, daft punk are nasty ravers turned into legendary dj/producers.

How has this not been reviewed yet over 20 years since its release? Amazing techno from the Frenchmen when they had an edge to them. Tenaglia used to tear apart Twilo with this at ungodly hours.
