The same sample like in intro. 'Crush On You' by The Jets is the originalhttps://www.discogs.com/TNI-Low-Mass-EP/master/11988

The vocal sample is from the Jets - 'Crush on You'.

It's from The Jets "Crush On You". Cheesy or what?!
Iraraeal
Its from The jets: Crush on you. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Nm_QilrHkh8its 2 minutes and 25 seconds into the track.

Absolute classic 12". Both tracks are killer, and undoubtedly 'Intro' still does the business today. An essential entry into the all-time classic French House records...

Sample in "Most Wanted" comes from italo classic "Don't Stop" by K.I.D. http://www.discogs.com/KID-Dont-Stop-Do-It-Again/release/1737404
Blackworm
not as good as palladium/penthouse serenade, but excellent nevertheless.

Big track! Sample also used on "Burning" by 4 Hero, released in '92 ;)http://www.discogs.com/4-Hero-Wheres-The-Boy-Cooking-Up-Yah-Brain/master/173186

My favorite house track, wonderful !

over 10 years on, this record still cuts the mustard. 'Intro' is great fun, but 'Most Wanted' is the one I keep going for time after time. An essential 12"

Trainspotters' Corner Facts: before Alan Braxe & Fred Falke sampling The Jets 'Crush On You', there was also A+ Factor - Winner & Losers, released on Citi Records in 1992.

Possibly interesting trainspotter factoid #451: Alan Braxe and Fred Falke weren't the first to sample that little snippet of 'Crush On You' by The Jets. Almost 10 years before, The Orb used the exact same sample in their 'Buckets & Bongs Mixture' remix of 'Fast Forward The Future' by Zodiac Youth. They were slightly more subtle about it though, only using it the once.

Addendum and correction - The sample is actually direct from the 12" of Crush on You. However, if you go looking for that 12" version on YouTube etc... you'll find the sample is missing on many copies. This lead me to conclude that the sample was something that the Wee Papa's had created themselves using the acapella of Crush on You and some vocal ad-libs and that people had sampled the Wee Papa's because it was clean on their track.

Great record. Simple French stuff, nice bassline and a looped sample, always makes you feel good.Wee Papa Girl Rappers sampled The Jets for their track 'Get In The Groove', later Alan Braxe and Fred Falke sampled the Wee Papa Girl Rappers sample of The Jets, including the added Hip Hop vocal ad-libs. Others that sampled the same loop from the Wee Papa's include 4Hero on their 1992 track 'Burning'.

In my opinion, the sample used in 'Intro' from 'Crush On You' by The Jets is brilliant. It conjures up so many heart racing feelings all at once. It brings a sense of euphoric relaxation over the listener, but makes you want to head to the nearest dancefloor for a blissed out groove at the same time. Myself, hearing this song each time I was out would compliment the evening, and I couldn't understand someone associating any ill will towards this track unless their girlfriend dumped them to it.

I'm a bit surprised seeing there's just one comment one this record, and more it's most about the b-side than the a one. Nevertheless "Intro" is an all-time classic, and credited as EP of the year 2000 by Muzik Magazine. This record is in the same ground as Stardust's "Music Sounds Better With You". this track was also the jingle of many many radios, even the french hip-hop radio "skyrock". The voices are so good, each time i hear it, i'm tripping in the Vulture universe. Maybe all the mystery of the ep, label & artist help in a great part this feeling but in all case, this is just what we want. "Most Wanted" is excellent too and the two tracks makes the EP become something higher than a good slice of french house...

As my fine friend Billy has pointed out this record is a must for all music lovers. The biggest problem is trying to decide which side is better "Intro" or "Most wanted". My preference definately lies with the B side "Most Wanted". To this day it's the only tune in the world that can make the hairs on my arms stand up just by thinking about it. Class!!
