Fishmans+ - A Piece Of Future FLAC download

Great little oddity here with a mixture of everything thrown into the pot. I bought this from Juno back in July of 2012, and I haven't regretted it since. The first two versions are definitely the best with a taste of J-pop, jazz, classical, and electronics. Great mixture of mellow vibes and upbeat vocals. The Sakamoto remix is a straight up ambient droner which sets a really nice mood, while the Cassette Tape version is five minutes of noise. The Ishino remix is a nice, bouncy house stomper with some cool vocal samples thrown in. Unfortunately, a lot of Japanese vinyl presses aren't that great, and this release is no different. When I first got it, the records were covered in a white film, so I cleaned them thoroughly. It got the gunk off, but they play with a little bit of noise. Having said this, I'd recommend picking this up if you can find it. Not a lot of records out there sound like this!
