Released in a standard width jewel case with outer card slipcase.

Disc One, tracks 1-9 comprise the album FEAR (ILPS 9301), released in 1974. Track 10 was recorded during the FEAR sessions and appeared as the B-side of the single "The Man Who Couldn't Afford To Orgy."

Disc One, tracks 13-17 and Disc Two, tracks 1-5 comprise the album SLOW DAZZLE (ILPS 9317), released in 1975. Disc One, tracks 11-12 were recorded during the SLOW DAZZLE sessions and are previously unreleased.

Disc Two, track 5 is a previously unreleased noticeably different mix, and shorter length [4:15 vs 5:07], than found on the Island editions of the Slow Dazzle CD.

Disc Two, tracks 6-16 comprise the album HELEN OF TROY (ILPS 9350), released in 1975. Track 14 appeared on early copies of HELEN OF TROY and was subsequently replaced by track 18 on later copies. Track 17 was recorded during the HELEN OF TROY sessions and is previously unreleased.

Disc Two, track 19 is from the John Cale compilation album GUTS (ILPS 9459), released in 1977.
