Manchester streetsoul written by Dice Ali & John Choudhary who were originally behind the group Still Life http://www.discogs.com/artist/Still+LIfe+%289%29 who first recorded this track but later re-recorded it with Amanda Jones under the new group name Empathy, she is possibly the same singer who later collaborated with Primal Scream a couple of years later
