Hey Ziddi, my best guess is that it is this 2013 reissue from PIAS: http://www.discogs.com/Mogwai-Happy-Songs-For-Happy-People/release/4942223But if it is, according to the only comment on the page, it is not worth it. But I'm going to dig deeper to see what other people say about it.

HEY!! I want to thank you for posting this. I had no idea this reissue existedand because of your post I ordered this album (as well as Rock Action) and its the real deal! I just got my copy today, and the most amazing part is I ordered it from Amazon UK, and had it sent to Canada, and the total was around 22 bucks! I owe you a coke.
