Early Trax is a sample of what Ministry was like from 1980-1985. It is implied, that this is more or less a re-issue of the 1981-1984 Twelve Inch Singles with bonus tracks. It is nice that the Nature of Outtakes is available on CD for the first time. Cold Life didn't make the cut, nor did Same Old Madness (which also appears as a video). If this were a perfect world, there would be a second disc of all the unreleased tracks. There are still a dozen or so tracks that remain unreleased, that were performed on the With Sympathy tour. Even the live versions of tracks like "Revenge" and "Work for Love" are WAY better than the overproduced versions that appear on With Sympathy. I only wish Al would return to this era and let the fans hear the songs as they were originally meant to be heard. Early Trax is a great compilation, but it is just the tip of the iceberg.
