My copy missing poster but wanted it anyway. Box was poorly manufactured to begin with. Features Smith’s double album “The Visit” from 1970 and sides 5-6 are bonus material recorded in 1971-1972. Not gonna lie, the pressing quality on this set is a bit noisy. “The Visit” material is from the original half track master and seems a bit bass heavy compared to an original. The bonus material seems to be mastered from cassettes. The ‘71-’72 mat’l I downloaded before buying and wanted this set over the 2013 Tapestry reissue for that reason. If anyone has it and can chime in on the quality let me know.I need to write a review of this as it is great and some of the best private press psych out there - loungey vocals, fuzzed/wah’d out Strat, philosophical and deep lyrics, etc. etc. I had “The Visit” for a long time but it only recently took me by suprise and I got deep into it. Definitely no weak moments sans “India Slumber” which is just, well, what ya had to do to fill a side when you’re releasing a double album as a debut!
