My copy (from Pledge Music) has two Side B labels on Record one. Is this a common mistake?

Mine, also the signed version from Pledgemusic has got all the tags right: A, B, C and D. Treasure your gem as it's probably limited in that regard. Sending a complaint would be ridiculous.

I would email the company and tell them you got a defective LP. That is defective in my book and you as a customer deserve to have the proper product. Email them and see what they say.
