L'Arc~en~Ciel - Heavenly FLAC download

A step towards a more poppish sound, not in a bad way.Heavenly is a rollercoaster of feelings - cheerfully happy, grateful, melancholic, sad, hopeful - and of course - heavenly. Well composed and executed, and I really like the mixing in both this album and Tierra. Sakura's drums remain natural yet punchy. Although the album has its variety when it comes to genre, the songs "ガラス玉" and "Cureless" sound like something from Dune or even before that. Not complaining, since "ガラス玉" is one of the greatest songs from this band, but they kinda catch my ear everytime with their "vintage" feel.I wouldn't say it's a rock solid album because of the musical variety, but it's not exactly "just a bunch of songs" either. One of my go-to start of summer albums, right here.
