I had heard similar to what cfjm heard, except a box had been left on a train platform labeled "bomb" and was disposed by the police. 500 (half) of the records.
Coiron
1000 were pressed, but according to the PR, most of them were blown up as a stunt / anti Iraq war protest and as few as 300 hundred are thought to exist.
