East West Connection - The More I Get... FLAC download

East West Connection show that, on their debut, THE MORE I GET..., the more we all get! The jazz house starts solidly on the title track (the later dub mix of the track will bring the piano to the fore), but the jazz is ascendant on "Rollin'." And you've got to love the horns on "Love Music," and the way they share the space with the piano on "Three's a Crowd." But the house whispers back in "Cuppa Chino" and come back in force on "East West." The cosmic arpeggios on "Two Worlds" launch the listener into new worlds, and even if a few of the tracks (such as "Surgical Spirit") inch too close to 'easy listening,' there's always the touches of more ethnic percussion on "Feel It" or the soulful closer, "Son." The more you get, the more you receive!
