don't get me wrong: i really love this record big tilme. But wat's with the sound quality? It sounds all so muffled? Is it a pressing flaw or simply the production? it's the repress i'm talking about. A1 is really unplayable

That's "Lo-Fi" sound for you. The hi-hat in A1 sounds like it was made from cassette tapes that have been soaking in hydrochloric acid.

I have the original pressing, not sure which you hare referring to? The EP is soaked in a beautiful level of saturation; it may be your speakers?

Anyone else have a crescent shaped defect on A1 approx. 1cm in length? Bought 2 of the new repress, both have the same defect. I have pics but don't know how to post in my review.

Top Record! Sadly I can only listen to it on YouTube since there is no decent record store here in Brazil, and the import taxes are just insane .

I think you can ask discogs sellers to declare it as a gift whic could avoid you the tax.
